SA Active Treatment Group - A group for people with co-occuring disorders (mental health and substance abuse) who actively want to explore the impact their substance abuse has had on their mental health concerns and learn how to maintain abstinence from substances.
Positive Influence - A group for people with co-occuring (mental health and substance abuse) or primary substance abuse disorders who questions whether their substance abuse is a problem. This group uses Motivational Interviewing to explore substance use, its impact, and if there is a need for change.
Relaxation Skills - Learn how to use and practice a variety of relaxation skills and techniques to address stress, depression, anxiety, anger, and more.
Love & Logic - Learn simple tools and easy to use techniques to have more fun and less stress while raising responsible kids of all ages.
Seeking Safety - A safe place for those who want to learn new strategies for recovering from trauma.
DBT (by referral only) - To learn and refine skills in changing behavioral, emotional, and thinking patterns associated with problems which cause misery and distress.
CBT Anxiety and Depression - To learn how to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to anxiety and depression and to learn new skills to help increase positive feelings.
