Early Recovery Group
Monday- 4:00 PM | Thursday- 11:00 AM
Early Recovery Group is for adults experiencing challenges with substance abuse who wish to learn more about addiction, recovery, and how this may relate to their own life. Participants learn strategies to reduce craving, understand why craving occurs, how to schedule their time, and how to connect with community support services necessary for a successful recovery. This weekly group will cover 8 topics essential to early recovery. Participants may be referred by their therapist at any point and continue until they feel ready to move to the next stage of treatment. This group meets on Mondays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. And Thursdays 11:00 am to 12:00pm. You must have a referral from a therapist.

Overcoming Anxiety and Depression
Monday- 1:00 PM
Adults learn cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to effectively control their thoughts and feelings. These powerful techniques help participants overcome depression. anxiety, and a wide range of other psychiatric symptoms. This group meets weekly on Mondays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. You must have a referral from a therapist.
